Message	I have read about people depowering the racks on Miatas so when I was rebuilding my rack I slipped it back in with out the seals. Really hard to turn which slows down response. With no fluid you have no damping so every little bump is trying to jerk the wheel around. With fluid in the rack and the pump disconnected it's sluggish and hard to turn. It just sucks.
